What is oil cooler?

AIRMAJOR oil cooler controls the temperature of heated oil when a machine is operated, prevents the thermal transformation of machine and maintains the viscosity of oil and lubrication characteristics, which improves the machining precision of machine tool and minimizes the defect and furthermore, helps the extension of service life.

  • As the oil temperature increases due to the increase of machining speed of machine tool, the use temperature is adjusted by 40~50℃ (lubricating oil, hydraulic operating oil etc)
  • Realize the precise control up to the limit temperature by using the special cooling circuit (injection circuit)
  • Customized design for high temperature area market (India, China, Vietnam)
  • Affordable design of condenser to prepare for the pollution situation of machining factory

What is injection circuit?
A circuit that protects the compressor by controlling separate electronic expansion valve for the stable operation of cooling system in high temperature environment of ambient temperature 40~50℃
